This Act amends the Utilities Regulations and Competition Authority Act in section 37. Section 37 on payment of surplus funds of the Utilities Regulations and Competition Authority into Consolidated Fund is completely repealed and replaced. Section 40 is repealed. That section concerns the funding of the Authority.
