This Act makes various amendments to the Utilities Regulatory Authority Act 2007, with respect to, among other things: powers conferred under subsection 20(1) and functions and powers to which subsection 20(5) applies in respect of water supply; supply to the Authority of documents in the possession or control of the utility or any of its related entities relating to a regulated service or to corporate structure, accounts or finances of the utility.
