This Act establishesthe Agriculture Development Bank of Vanuatu as a body corporate. The purpose of the Bank shall be facilitate and promote the economic development of the national resources of Vanuatu with special regard to agriculture, forestry, fisheries, livestock, manufacture and tourism. The Bank shall provide financial services to enterprises including individuals, partnerships, cooperatives and companies and shall enhance development in general.
