The Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulations of 2004 are hereby supplemented by inserting new provisions which widen the application scope and set out new measures as regards the authorization required to place on the market veterinary medicinal products. Such Regulations shall apply to veterinary medicinal products, including premixes for medicated feedingstuffs, intended to be placed on the market in Malta and prepared industrially or by a method involving an industrial process.
