The purpose of the present Act is to establish, maintain and develop the “Biosphere Park Wienerwald”. It has to be established, maintained and developed in such a way that it is officially recognized by Unesco; it represents an instrument for the conservation of biological diversity and sustainable development; and that a cooperation with the Land of Upper Austria can be agreed. The text consists of 11 articles.
