Voisey's Bay Nickel Company Limited Primary Production Order (N.L.R. 63/02).

The present Regulation is made under the Mineral Act. Section 4 of the Regulation on primary production in the Province establishes that the above-mentioned company shall complete primary production in the Province of all minerals or mineral ores extracted or removed under the lease.
