An Act to make provision for the smooth transfer of control over Walvis Bay and the off-shore islands from the Republic of South Africa to the Republic of Namibia effective as of 1 March 1994. As from the effective date no laws other than (i) the law of Namibia; (ii) such of the laws previously in force of which the application is continued as contemplated in paragraph [a] of section 2, shall be applicable in Walvis Bay subject to the condition that any law aforementioned shall apply subject to
