These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Landfill Levy) Regulations 2011 so as increase the landfill levy for waste disposed of at authorized and unauthorized landfill facilities. They also amend regulation 6 in paragraph 2(a). Regulation 6 lists wastes the disposal of which to an authorized landfill facility shall be exempted from levy.
