The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Waste Management Law in its version of 9 August 1996. In particular, the Ordinance encloses the Waste Management Plan for Bavaria. Article 1 of the Plan establishes that its aim is to promote a closed substance cycle waste management so that an environmentally compatible waste disposal is ensured.
