These Regulations amend various Regulations in provisions concerning a variety of matters including the transport, disposal or recovery of agricultural waste, transport of animal waste, record-keeping requirements in relation to activities which are exempt from waste management licensing, classification of industrial waste, groundwater protection and environmental charges.
