An Ordinance to limit the discharge of waste water from the Austrian soap industry into public waters; in particular, waste water containing polluting substances must be monitored and amounts curtailed. The maximum residue amounts are laid down in Annex A. The Ordinance consists of 5 articles and 2 Annexes.
