These Regulations provide for the registration and deregistration of waste carriers and the require wastewater to be transported and disposed of in accordance with these Regulations. No person shall use a waste carrier to carry wastewater unless the waste carrier is registered with the Waste Water Management Authority. A waste carrier, in order to obtain a permit, shall meet requirements regarding waste carriers as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. Wastewater shall be disposed
