This Act amends the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 and the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970. The Order is amended in article 213 so as to extend the period for the making of grants by the Department for Regional Development to relevant undertakers for certain costs.
