This Decree amends the Water Authority of Fiji Promulgation 2007 by in section 27 by new subsections (5) and (6) after subsection (4), which empowers the Authority to require the owner of premises to make a connection of the owner’s sewer to the connection point identified by the Authority. In the event the owner of such premises fails to make a connection within the stipulated time in the notice given by the Authority, the owner shall be liable in addition to the sewerage rate.
