This Order concerns non-disclosure of information relating to environmental assessment and authorization of a controlled activity (as defined in the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2005) and its location for reasons related to interests of national security. A "controlled activity site" means any site where a controlled activity is carried on and which either is, or supplies potable water to, a defence establishment.
