An Act to amend water laws including the Water Utilisation (Control and Regulation) Act, 1974. This Act amends that Act in section 18A so as to provide with respect to the Water Regulator for the Dar Es Salaam Water Authority (DAWASA) Designated Area. The Water Regulator is a public Office established under this Act.
