This Regulation implements the Water Management Act 2000 by providing specifications on private drainage boards (Part 2), private water trusts (Part 3), Hunter Valley flood mitigation works (Part 4), Lowbidgee flood control and irrigation works (Part 5), other minor, consequential and ancillary matters (Parts 1 and 6).
