The Ministry of Environment shall keep records, open to public consultation, regarding information on sewerage disposal (request and right for obtaining a permit allowing to dump waste water) and water quality. Information regarding water sampling for quality controls, the date on which the sampling has taken place and the results of the analysis shall be included in the records.
