This Ordinance applies to inland waters which need protection or improvement to enable the life and development of certain freshwater fish species (Salmo salar, Salmo trytta, Thymallus thymallus, Coregonus, Cyprinidae, Esox lucius, Perca fluviatilis and Anguilla anguilla). The water quality parameters are specified in the Table annexed to the text of the Ordinance. The waters will be considered suitable and will meet the quality objectives of the Ordinance if all water samples will be taken with
