The Ordinance issued by the Minister of Agriculture, Natural resources and Environment, sets the water quality standards for certain hazardous substances that may be traced in inland surface waters and coastal waters. The concentrations of these substances must not exceed those set out in the Second and Third Table annexed to the text of the Ordinance. The determination of the measurement techniques for the concentration of hazardous substances is also included in the above-mentioned Tables.
