This Act amends the Water Resources Board Act 1964 that established a Water Resources Board. There are provisions regarding duties of the Board including the duty to advise the Minister on the control, regulation and development of water resources in the country as well as the prevention of pollution of rivers and other water resources (sect. 2). The Board is also charged with preparations of comprehensive and integrated plans for the conservation, utlization, control and development of groundwa
