These Regulations, made under the Water Industry Act 1991, specify exceptions on a prohibition introduced by section 66I of the Act to use the water supply system of a water undertaker for purposes of supplying water to any premises of a customer and on a prohibition, in section 66J of the Act, on the introduction of water, by others than the water undertake, into a water undertaker’s supply system.
