This Act concerns the management of water resources in Yukon. Section 8 establishes the Yukon Water Board and the following sections define its functions and powers and regulate its operation. Sections 11 to 17 deal with licences, their conditions, how the application procedure works, how they are renewed, amended and cancelled. Sections 33 to 35 deal with inspectors and inspections, while sections 37 to 40 deal with offences and penalties.
