These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1995 by substituting a new paragraph 7(2) of Part III of Schedule 7 to the 1995 Regulations, so as to permit a new gas mixture for killing birds at a slaughterhouse. They also make consequential amendments to paragraphs 8 and 10 of that Schedule.
