These Regulations further amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 by increasing the purchase price of dried milk and by increasing the amount of the reduction in the appropriate maximum not to be exceeded to establish entitlement to working families' tax credit for the purposes of regulation 7. Regulation 3 revokes previous amending Regulations.
