Some minor text amendments and substitutions are made to the West Bengal Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1998. In rule 1 several notes have been added and after sub-rule 12 a new subrule has been inserted dealing with appliances and equipment which all seagoing vessels shall have on board.
