For section 88 of the Act, the following State enactments are declared to be prescribed State enactments in relation to the storage, handling and transport of grain: (a) sections 10 and 12 of the Grain Elevators Act 1958 of the State of Victoria; (b) sections 188 and 189 and Schedule 8 of the Transport Act 1983 of the State of Victoria, to the extent that those provisions relate to barley, oats and wheat; (c) sections 68 and 70 of the Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1991 of the State of Queen
