This Act grants regulation-making powers to the Minister for purposes of protection of wild animals and wild birds and prescribes penalties for offences against such Regulations. Regulations may apply: (a) to any wild bird or animal or class of wild birds or animals described in such Regulations; (b) to the whole or part of Seychelles; (c) at all times or only for a specified period.
