This Act concerns the management of wildlife, including animals and bird, and wildlife products in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Act contains provisions on its administration, including providing for the establishment of advisory committees and for the appointment of officers. The Act contains general disposition on licences and permits, enforcement and offences and penalties.
