The present Regulation is made under the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating, inter alia, to transporting wildlife or fish, commercial vendors, licence cancellation, licence year, captive wildlife import and transport exemptions, retrieval of wildlife killed, minimum hunting age, retrieval of wildlife killed, penalties. The text consists of 19 Divisions.
