The above-mentioned Ordinance implements articles 27d and 46 of the Wine Act 1985 (BGBl. No. 583/1995). The said Ordinance lays down in details the procedures to be followed when transporting such goods, with particular reference to the relevant documents. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Forms for the transport of wine products (1); Other forms (2). Seven Annexes are enclosed.
