The above-mentioned Ordinance implements articles 27d and 46 of the Wine Act 1985 (BGBl. No. 583/1995). The said Ordinance lays down in details the procedures to be followed when transporting such goods, with particular reference to the relevant documents. The text consists of 9 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Forms for the transport of wine products (1); Other forms (2). Seven Annexes are enclosed.
