Wine Act Implementation Ordinance.

An Ordinance implementing the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 on the common organization of the market in wine. In particular it deals with violations of authorized oenological practices and processes as listed in article 43, paragraphs 1 to 6 of the said Council Regulations, such as use of prescribed grapes, exclusion of water, etc. The text consists of 2 articles.
