This Order makes provisions and establish procedures for the establishment of the Nachal Yarkon Authority in Israel. Chapter A gives definitions. Chapter B declares the establishment of the Yarkon Stream Authority, its’ borders and its targets and powers. Section (5) regards board members appointing procedures. Chapter C relates to work and administration procedures
