The Schedule contains the Agreement between the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of Zimbabwe Concerning the Utilisation of the Zambezi River. sub-article 2 of article 8 is amended so as to provide differently for the composition of the Board of Directors and sub-article 2 of article 15 concerns the financial year of the Zambezi River Authority.
