These Regulations, made by the Minister of Tourism, Environment and Natural Resources under sections 113 and 144 of the Zambia Wildlife Act, place restrictions on the international trade in specimen of endangered animal and plant species and give effect in Zambia to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
