To facilitate consideration by the Conference of the Parties of the inclusion of azinphos methyl in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention, the annexes to the present note set out the rationales pertaining to the substance prepared by the Chemical Review Committee at its fifth and sixth meetings and the recommendation prepared by the Committee at its seventh meeting.
