Financial Rules for the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) - FINANCIAL REGULATIONS AND FINANCIAL RULES OF THE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANIZATION

MARPOL falls under MEPC, which addresses environmental issues under IMO’s remit, including the control/prevention of ship-source pollution covered by MARPOL. MARPOL's funding therefore comes from IMO and is subject to IMO's Financial Rules and Regulations, correct as of 01/01/2022.

Barcelona Convention COP 21 and its Protocols
