Estimating the volume of harm and whether it is within familiar limits or not is in the heart of trial courts judges authority who mentioned in their demonstration that the legal expert’s conclusions confirmed the existence of fine gases emissions, solid waste, and waste of fertilizer industry carried through the air and wind, issued by the three ROYAL OFFICE OF PHOSPHATES (OCP) factories. These are the main causes of harm explained by the legal expert, which are basically related to destroying the crops produced by the land lot including grain, figs, and olive. The percentage loss is estimate between 20 and 80%.
