Abstract:

Not being guilty for the misdemeanor of hunting inside a reservation was based on the blueprint issued by the water and forests administration and on the legal examination ordered by the court where the legal expert concluded that the place where the suspect was found hunting is not considered a reservation, but beyond it and is allowed to hunt in contrary to what was mentioned in the report signed by one technician which can be possible to prove the contrary pursuant to Article 65 of the Dahir of 10/10/1917.
