Abstract:

The Court is asked to review the constitutionality of the Law n°2005-018 on international trade of species of fauna and flora.
The object of the law has a legislative nature under article 82 of the Constitution. The National Assembly and the Senate properly adopted the law. The provisions of the law comply with the Constitution.
Consequently the Court ruled that the law is constitutional.
