Abstract:

The court confirmed the first instance decision based on its observation of the damage caused by a pile of beet plants and sewage outlet and an animal stable and all these are damages from the defendant’s side and cause the pollution of water reservoirs. This was sufficient to remove the damage regardless of other damages that had not been stated in this dispute.
