Abstract:

The appealed decision when confirmed the guiltiness of the appellant for the misdemeanor of hunting inside a prohibited area, it was based on apprehending him by four employees of waters and forests office after hearing gun fire in the national park of Hoceima which is considered a permanent preserved area called TOUNIL and confiscated from his Mercedes car a 12 gauge and 36 grams cartridge shotgun and the casing of a rifle and flashlights for night hunting that confirmed they belong to him. The contested decision therefore was well grounded when based on the report made by the judicial cops which is a legal evidence that can be contested only by forgery.
