This Ordinance provides amendment on some parts of Articles 1, 4 and 4a of the Waste Disposal Ordinance 2006 regarding implementation of Directive 2008/98/EC on waste disposal, the quantity, nature and origin of the waste and the quantity of products and materials gained from preparation for reuse, recycling or other recovery operations and requirements for suppliers to provide information with regard to specific articles in the market. Second part of the text provides for implementation of the European Parliament Regulation of 2018/851 and of the Council of 30 May 2018 amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste. The text consists of III parts and the last part refers to the enforcement.
