According to the relevant laws and regulations of China, and the inspection, quarantine and veterinary health requirements for wild aquatic products exported from Cambodia to China of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the import of wild aquatic products from Cambodia that meet the relevant requirements are allowed from now on.
Aquatic products allowed to be exported to China refer to wild aquatic animal products and their products, algae and other marine plants and their products for human consumption, excluding species, live aquatic animals and propagation materials of aquatic animal and plant listed in the appendix to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and the List of Wildlife under National Key Protection of China. The production enterprises exporting wild aquatic products to China should be recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for registration. Imported products shall be those legally fished in Cambodia's own or international waters.
