According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the supplementary provisions of the Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Wheat Exporting from Russia to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the import of wheat throughout Russia is allowed.
The Announcement further sets up requirements for: permissible origin; quarantine pests of concern, processing, storage and transportation requirements; inspection, quarantine, certificate and supervision requirements; etc. Other plant quarantine requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Announcement No. 25 of the former AQSIQ in 2018.
