The Regulation prescribes the mandatory harmlessness requirements for the materials and articles intended to come into contact with food; the procedures for registering manufacturing, processing, and distribution establishments of the materials and articles, for suspending and restoring their operation, as well as for cancelling their registration; and the procedures for suspending distribution and use of the materials and articles, as well as the procedures for the further use and destruction of the materials and articles in case of violation of laws and regulations.
