This Directive updates the definition of vegetables and lists the plants intended for agricultural and horticultural production in the Annex to this Directive by amending Article 2(1) of the Directive 2002/55/EC. Member States shall adopt and publish, by 30 June 2020 at the latest, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof.
