As a matter of urgency, the Council of Ministers decrees to implement stimulus measures, including the extension of subsidy scheme to coffee and cocoa. The Ministry of Finance and Economic Management shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision. The National Disaster Management Office shall consult with the Department of Customs regarding the clearance of imported health equipment and facilities that are directly related to Covid-19.
