The prohibited list of the goods for importation or exportation refers to the prohibited goods for either import or export in order to protect the national security; social order; ethics; culture; lives and health of the people, animal or plants; to protect the national heritage; natural resources or to comply with the international conventions. The prohibited goods for import include: Any hazardous substance within the list of industrial substance of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; The electronic wastes; All types of aquatic-wildlife animals and their components within the prohibited list of CITES Convention; Non-timber forest product (NTFP) within the prohibited list of CITES Convention; Severe and dangerous chemical pesticide; etc. The prohibited goods for export include: Timber, stick, lumber, roots, stump, standing timber, tree branch, decoration tree exploited from nature, including the charcoal that uses natural materials; The hazardous substance within the list of industrial substance of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; All types of aquatic-wildlife animals and their components within the prohibited list of CITES Convention; etc.
